COVID-19 has affected every aspect of life around the globe. The well-being of our customers and Drone-Works staff are our top priority as we navigate the dynamic changes that affect everyone.

We are fortunate in that we have been able to remain fully operational with minimal changes to our daily operations. While COVID-19 has affected our business, we are committed to maintain our full level of staffing with no reduction in pay or benefits, thanks to our loyal customers like you.

Drone-Works remains committed to the health and safety of our customers and staff. We have increased the frequency of regular cleanings, sanitizing of high-touch areas and having hand sanitizer available to all staff members.

COVID-19 has contributed to delays in manufacturing and shipment of products worldwide. We continue to receive deliveries from all our suppliers on a slower, but regular basis and are committed to fulfilling orders as quickly as possible.

While shipping companies worldwide have modified their service guarantees, the hard work and dedication of FedEx and USPS have allowed Drone-Works to meet the needs of our domestic and international customers as quickly possible.

Due to the aforementioned impact to manufacturing and shipping, some delays may be expected, but rest assured, the Drone-Works staff will do everything possible to minimize any delays. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Drone-Works Spring Hill, Florida Headquarters is closed to walk-in customers. As always, we are still scheduling appointments to meet with Drone-Works staff at our Spring Hill Headquarters or at our customer’s site. When scheduling an appointment to visit Drone-Works, any special considerations will be mentioned at that time. Upon arrival, please pay attention to any posted notices. If Drone-Works is visiting your location, please advise us at the time of scheduling the appointment of any COVID-19 precautions in-place at your location.
