Order Cancellation
Drone-Works Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, in most cases the order cannot be cancelled. Contact Drone-Works Customer Services at cs@drone-works.com or call 607.239.9119 immediately.
If we are able to cancel your order, certain fees will apply:
- Regular order (in-stock products, non-custom products, etc) - 10% processing fee
- Special order (products not in-stock, etc)- 25% restocking fee
- Custom order - Any order requiring customization cannot be cancelled
- Pre-Order (Paid-in-Full) - 10% processing fee
- Pre-Order (Deposit Only Paid) - Forfeit full deposit
Orders cancelled by Drone-Works due to price and/or other listing errors will not be subject to cancellation fees.
